In such cases, your contact information (name, phone number, email) is passed to the relevant company's CDLCatch account so they can follow up on your application interest.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

c. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of CDLCatch, our users, or others.

d. Business Transfers

If CDLCatch is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your application data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
